How can I place an order?

All orders will be taken by calling or sending a text to phone:  (702) 5334497.  We will not accept orders via social media accounts (ie. Instagram, Facebook, Messenger). **Text messaging will be the fastest way for us to respond during the work day.

Payment MUST be made to place your order.  We accept payments via Venmo (@hanaleisnhaku), Cash App ($hanaleisnhaku), Zelle or Credit/Debit Card (+3% Square App Fee). If we do not receive payment, the order will not be made. Weddings and large orders over $500 will be allowed to place order with 50% deposit and the remaining at delivery.

We accept orders 14 days in advance to ensure the availability and quality of your “custom” made product. Larger orders and special events will require 1-2 months in advance. ** Last minute rush orders (less than one week) may be subject to additional charges. **

Where and when can I pick up my order?

We are located in the Summerlin Red Rock Area near the Red Rock Casino of Las Vegas. Our address will be provided and a pick up time will be coordinated during order confirmation.

We DO NOT deliver.  However, should you require delivery, there is a fee of $25 within the Las Vegas Area.

We DO NOT ship out of state during warmer months between MAY thru SEPTEMBER.  We use FedEx overnight delivery for our shipping. We will not be shipping until further notice due to COVID19 challenges.

What are your business hours?

Monday -Thursday 9am to 3pm

Friday-Sunday CLOSED

All orders for the weekend must be picked up on Thursday afternoon.

We will not respond to any social media messages or text messages after hours.

What’s your refund, return and cancelation policy?

We do our very best to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the delicate nature and customization of our products, all sales are FINAL. Customer is responsible for proper care, including refrigeration once products are received.

There are no refunds for cancelations. Once we receive payment, we order your flowers directly from growers around the world. Should you decide to cancel, we are unable to return flowers and we will not be held responsible for the cost.
